How to Delete Your Zorvi Account and Data

To delete your Zorvi account and all associated data, email social@zorvi.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address on your account. Zorvi Inc. processes all deletion requests manually and will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

Send an email to social@zorvi.ai to submit your request. There is no in-app self-serve deletion button — the request must be made by email.

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include: the email address associated with your Zorvi account
Optional: your reason for requesting deletion

Zorvi may ask you to verify ownership of the account. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.To cancel a paid subscription instead, manage your subscription in your Zorvi account settings — data deletion is a separate, permanent action.

What Gets Deleted

Your Zorvi account is closed and you lose access to the platform
All content, drafts, and scheduled posts are deleted
Zorvi's access to all connected accounts is revoked — social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads), blogs/CMS (Ghost, WordPress), design (Canva), email mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook)
All connected-account data is deleted — including Meta Platform Data (Page metadata, engagement insights, comments) and equivalent Google, Microsoft, and other provider data
Backup copies containing your data are purged within 90 days

What Zorvi Retains After Deletion

Zorvi retains limited information only when required by law:

Financial records (invoices, payment records) for tax and accounting compliance — typically 7 years
Records related to ongoing legal disputes or regulatory requests

All other account and content data is deleted within 30 days of your request.

Disconnecting a Single Platform Without Deleting Your Account

If you want to disconnect a specific account — such as your Facebook Page, Instagram profile, Google account, or any other connected platform — without deleting your entire Zorvi account, remove that connection in your Zorvi account settings, or email social@zorvi.ai and Zorvi will disconnect it for you. Disconnecting revokes Zorvi's access to that account without affecting your other connections.
