Privacy Policy

Zorvi Inc. ("Zorvi", "we", "us", "our") operates the Zorvi platform at zorvi.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as:

Account information (name, email address, password)
Company information (business name, role, industry)
Content you create, upload, or schedule through our platform
Communications with us (support requests, feedback)
Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details)

We also collect information automatically when you use our service, including usage data, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate (country-level) location.

2. Information from Connected Accounts

When you connect a third-party account to Zorvi, you authorize Zorvi to access certain data via that provider’s API, solely to provide the features you use. You can disconnect any account at any time from your settings, which revokes our ongoing access.

Social platforms

You can connect and publish to Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, LinkedIn pages, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Threads. Depending on the platform, we access account metadata (name, profile picture, account/page IDs), publishing permissions for content you create and approve, and post engagement metrics (such as reach, impressions, likes, comments, and clicks) to show analytics and enable comment management. For Facebook and Instagram this is via Meta’s Graph API; for YouTube via Google APIs; for LinkedIn, X, and Threads via their respective APIs.

Blog / CMS platforms

You can connect self-hosted blogs and CMS platforms (such as Ghost and WordPress) to publish articles. We store the site URL and the API key or application password you provide, used only to publish and manage content you approve.

Design tools

You can connect design tools (such as Canva) to import your designs. We access design metadata and thumbnails and store access tokens for this purpose.

Connected email accounts

If you use our email features, you can connect an email mailbox (such as Gmail via Google, or Outlook/Microsoft 365 via Microsoft), or connect over SMTP/IMAP. With your authorization, this can include permission to send email on your behalf and read messages and contacts in the connected mailbox — for example, to send campaigns and match replies. We use this access only to provide the email features you enable, and you can revoke it at any time.

How we use connected-account data

We use connected-account data only to display your accounts, publish content you have created and approved, show performance analytics, and enable the features you use. We do not sell or share connected-account data with third parties for their own purposes, do not use it for advertising targeting, do not use it to train AI models, and do not share data across different Zorvi clients — each client only sees data for their own connected accounts. You can request full data deletion at any time (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services
Process transactions and send related information
Publish content you have created and approved to your connected accounts on the schedule you specify
Send and manage email campaigns and replies through mailboxes you connect
Show analytics and insights about your content performance
Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
Respond to your questions and customer-service requests
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

4. AI and Content Processing

When you use our AI features (text drafting and suggestions, image generation, audio/voiceover, video, and avatar narration), we send the input you provide to third-party AI providers to generate the requested output. Depending on the feature, these providers include:

OpenAI — text generation, image generation, embeddings/semantic search, text-to-speech, and web-search grounding of prompts;
Google (Gemini) — text and image generation;
Anthropic (Claude) — text generation for certain features;
ElevenLabs — voice/text-to-speech narration;
HeyGen — avatar video generation;
Replicate — image upscaling.

Where configured, requests may be routed through a secure internal AI gateway. We do not use Your Content or connected-account data to train our own or third-party AI models. AI-generated content is always presented for your review and approval before it is published.

5. Information Sharing and Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

With your consent: when you explicitly authorize sharing.
With service providers (subprocessors) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, including: cloud infrastructure and storage (Microsoft Azure); email delivery (Mailgun); AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Replicate); connected-account providers you authorize (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and others); stock media providers you search (Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash, Jamendo); analytics/tag management (Google Tag Manager); and our payment provider.
For legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.
To protect rights: to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zorvi, our users, or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption of stored third-party credentials, access controls, and security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.To request deletion of your data, email us at social@zorvi.ai with your account email. We will delete your account data and revoke access to connected accounts within 30 days. 8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

Access and receive a copy of your personal information
Rectify inaccurate personal information
Request deletion of your personal information
Object to or restrict processing of your personal information
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our service, remember your preferences, and understand usage. This includes Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics and measurement tags. Cookies fall into essential (required to run the service) and analytics/measurement categories. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. International Data Transfers

Zorvi is headquartered in the United States (Texas). Your information, and information processed by our subprocessors, may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, and where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at zorvi.ai/privacy and update the “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or through the service.
