By accessing and using Zorvi ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Zorvi for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials
use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Zorvi
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Content Generation

You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Zorvi:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zorvi or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Zorvi.
